SXS realizes that a lot of people are looking for work and are interested in being a part of something that matters.

As soon as positions become available, we seek to place applicants into sustainable roles. We do not post SXS jobs without immediate intent to hire within 4 weeks. 

Additionally, SXS does not require more than two interviews and time is reimbursed for all hiring requests.
